2. About Cyntech
"Cyntech", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cyntech (Pty) Ltd, a private company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, providing multidisciplinary consulting engineering services across the petrochemical, energy, building and urban infrastructure sectors.
3. Use of the site

4. Client portal accounts
Access to the Cyntech client portal is granted by invitation. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at info@cyntech.co.za.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, technical drawings, methodologies, reports and software — is owned by or licensed to Cyntech and is protected by South African and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own non-commercial reference; any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Engineering content disclaimer
Content published on this Site (including insights, articles and project case studies) is provided for general information only. It does not constitute engineering, legal, financial or regulatory advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for a project-specific scope of work executed by a registered professional. Engineering services are provided only under a separate, signed appointment with defined deliverables, scope and responsibility.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, products or services. Cyntech does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of any third-party resources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 — Cyntech, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
